David, Jimmy, Niall and Yuri turned up to get him some wind power the weather was nice no rain or wind but a bit cold. On Tueasday 18th December we got the mast ready and the blades balanced and wiring sorted out.

iliocht the happy man with his new turbine all he had was 250w of PV not so good in the hart of a Leitrim winter.

Turbine waiting to be balanced the tail is under the window.

Niall gets the lead out and applies it to the blades

Yuri checks out the two 6m lengths of galve pipe that makes up the mast.

On Wednesday the 19th we got her flying and just before we rased the mast the wind picked up and we saw 25A at 24V.
hi all
I see you've been busy, super looking tail on that turbine. Where did you put that one up. Lots of water pouring down the mountain up here in Bohey. So my turbine is on hold. Also having real problems sourcing 1.4mm winding wire. Anybody know where I can get my hands on 5or 6kgs of it. The winding wire gang in Dublin will sell a roll of it 20kgs. Anyone want to go halves on it.
Best of luck
Rob
